RVBRachel Bell is an award-winning communications professional with more than 15 years of experience in strategic public relations and content development. Her unique perspective comes from agency and client-side experience, where she has worked both independently and as a valued part of integrated teams.

After an internship at DDB in Chicago, Illinois, Rachel moved to Washington, D.C. She specialized in business development and public affairs at global public relations agencies Burson-Marsteller and Ogilvy.

With a move to San Antonio, Texas, Rachel added a master’s degree in English to her public relations agency background to specialize in content development, message strategy and project management as an independent contractor. She’s an exceptional writer. She has built a portfolio writing and editing strategic materials, and is proud of her strong relationships with clients in many industries, from all over the country.

Rachel hails from the Chicagoland area and graduated from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana with a double major in English and communications. She has a master’s degree in English from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
